About Us
Our strength lies in the words we stand by, and the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started our Women Empowerment Non-Profit Organization, we understood that by working together we could overcome the many challenges facing women today. Ujwala Foundation is an IRS certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Columbia, MD and is involved in Cultural Promotion and Philanthropic activities. Our founder Anitha Muthoju ultimately decided to launch Ujwala Foundation based on the mission that social change begins with empowerment.
